Welcome to Ink Fusion. By shopping here, you agree to these terms. They're not that long. We promise.

1. The Basics By using this website and placing an order, you confirm you're of legal age in your province or country and that the information you provide is accurate. Don't be weird about it.

2. Our Products We make bold, sweary, unapologetic paper goods and novelty products. Colours and designs may vary slightly from photos — screens lie, but our products don't disappoint.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

4. Orders We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or just general shadiness.

5. No Refunds on Paper Products As outlined in our Refund Policy — all sales on paper products are final. Please see our full policy for details on damaged or incorrect items.

6. Intellectual Property All designs, copy, and content on this site belong to Ink Fusion. Don't steal our stuff. Seriously.

7. Limitation of Liability Ink Fusion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. We make cards and shit — not miracles.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

9. Changes to These Terms We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
